SERVICE TERMS

Terms of Service

1. Using UndoLink

By accessing or using UndoLink, you agree to these Terms of Service and applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service does

UndoLink lets you create and manage temporary redirect links to destination URLs you provide. Depending on available features, you may set an expiry, click limit, scheduled start time, custom slug, or password.

A redirect may stop working when it expires, reaches its click limit, is paused, disabled, or deleted by its manager. UndoLink does not delete, modify, or control the original destination website. Features may change or be discontinued.

3. Accounts and security

4. Acceptable use

Use UndoLink only for lawful and legitimate purposes. You must not use it to distribute malware, phishing links, scams, deceptive redirects, or to facilitate fraud, harassment, threats, abuse, or unlawful activity. You must not infringe others' rights, bypass security controls, attempt unauthorized access, overload or disrupt the service, or hide a destination for a harmful or deceptive purpose.

You are responsible for the destination URLs you submit and for having the rights and permissions needed to share them.

5. Temporary links and access controls

Expiry times, click limits, scheduled starts, pause controls, and password protection help manage access; they do not guarantee confidentiality. People may copy, save, screenshot, or share a link. Password protection checks a password before redirecting; it does not encrypt the destination website or protect information after a visitor reaches it.

Share links and passwords only with intended recipients. Do not put sensitive information in a destination URL unless you understand the risks.

6. Third-party destinations

Destination websites are selected by users and operated by third parties. UndoLink does not control their content, security, availability, privacy practices, or actions. Visiting them is your choice and may be subject to their own terms.

7. Availability and enforcement

We aim to keep UndoLink available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent storage. Maintenance, technical issues, provider outages, and security measures may affect the service.

We may disable or remove links that appear to violate these terms or create legal or security risks. We may restrict access to UndoLink where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, or legal requirements, to the extent those controls are available to us. We may not always be able to provide advance notice.

8. Intellectual property

Original UndoLink branding, website design, and software created for the service are claimed by the independent operator to the extent the operator holds the relevant rights. Third-party materials and open-source components remain subject to their respective owners' rights and licenses.

You remain responsible for the content and destination URLs you submit. You give UndoLink the limited permission needed to store and process that information to provide the features you request.

9. No warranty

To the extent permitted by applicable law, UndoLink is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that it will meet every requirement, remain available at all times, or prevent every unauthorized access or interruption. Nothing here excludes a right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, UndoLink, including loss caused by a destination website or a link no longer being active. This does not limit responsibility where doing so would be unlawful.

11. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. Please read it before using UndoLink.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated date will be shown on this page. If a change is important, we will take reasonable steps to make it noticeable. Where required by law, we will ask for renewed acceptance.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to undolink.support@gmail.com or through the UndoLink support page.
